We are pleased to introduce myCRS, a new on-line feature which allows visitors to the CRS website to make the most of the expertise and experience of our team. Not only does this new area allow you to enquire about individual products and request prices and technical details, you can also ask for dedicated advice from experts in your field. MyCRS complements our online support portal, which will continue to provide our customers with technical help and product advice.

spectroCALSpectroCAL & CRS MATLAB Colour Toolbox

SpectroCAL is an affordable, high-performance spectroradiometer for vision scientists, and is designed to make it extremely simple to measure the Spectral Power Distribution of computer display devices like CRT and LCD monitors. The compact instrument uses an innovative laser system to project a circular target that defines the area being measured. This novel point-and-measure feature allows extremely rapid and accurate alignment of the instrument with the display.

Colour Toolbox for MATLAB

xThe CRS Colour Toolbox for MATLAB provides a plethora of functions for scientists interested in light and colour. The colorimetry tools provide support for almost all known colour measurement standards, while the vision science tools are especially designed to simplify the use of physiologically based colour spaces. Not only are routines provided to make measurements, but also to precisely define colour parameters for visual displays.

  Summer Work Placements at CRS
Each summer, CRS run an intern scheme for promising engineering students. The scheme is part of the Cambridge University Engineering Department (CUED) Industrial Experience work placement scheme. While most business's attempt to give work experience students a wide range of experiences in different departments, we, unusually, give each student a project of their own to work on.
